Discord is the fastest way to reach anyone here and it is where most of this actually happens. Email works too, and everything below tells you which door to knock on so your message does not sit in the wrong pile.
All of these reach the same small group of people, but saying which one you are up front means you get a useful answer instead of a holding reply.
Any esport, not just Valorant. Send the title and region, your roster, recent results, and what you need funded. Applications are open and answered personally.
02Send your channel, what you play and roughly when you go live. There is no follower minimum. Council members pick a creator at signup, so being on that list is the point.
We publish every dollar in and out, which means a sponsorship here comes with a public record of exactly what it bought. Tell us what you sell and who you want in front of.
Billing, tier changes and cancellations run through the Stripe customer portal linked in your member dashboard. Anything else, Discord is fastest.
05The books are public, so most questions are already answered in the monthly report. If yours is not, ask and we will answer it there.
There is no contact form on this page yet. When there is one it will go here, and until then these both work and both get read.
Open a ticket or just post in the right channel. Most applications, questions and complaints get resolved there the same day, and you can see the org operating rather than waiting on an inbox.
Better for anything you want written down: sponsorship, press, legal, or a Council issue you would rather not raise in a public channel.
One inbox, read by one person. Put what it is about in the subject line and it gets to the right place faster: Team, Creator, Sponsor, Council, or Press.
We put the whole ledger out every month, and the Council page answers most of what people write in about: ownership, voting, billing, cancellation, and what happens if we do not make it.
